Payments

What payment methods do you accept?
We only Accept Paypal and BACs Payments.
Is my payment information secure?
Your payment information is not held by Act Natural.
When will I receive my refund?
Your refund will be credited to the credit/debit card used to place the original order within 7 days or earlier of the refund being processed. The goods are your responsibility until they reach ourselves. Please ensure you package the items carefully to prevent any damage to the items or packaging.

How to log into my account?
You can access your account at the My Account tab in the menu of the website
How can I change my password?
If you are logged in please go to My Account section, here you will able to change your password. If you have forgotten your password please go to the login page within My Account and you will be able to send an email to reset link.

Shipping & Returns

How much is shipping?
We charge a flat rate of £3.99 by a trusted national courier service here in the UK.
How do I return my item?
You can return any item (including sale items) within 14 days of receipt for a refund or exchange.

Products returned must be original condition complete with all labelling. Products will be inspected upon return, if we deem any of the products not to be in a re-saleable condition, your refund will not be processed and you will be contacted.

Act Natural Garments are not responsible for refunding any original postage costs nor any postage costs incurred when returning items to us unless we are in fact at fault for anything throughout the order process.

Your refund will be credited to the credit/debit card used to place the original order within 7 days or earlier of the refund being processed. The goods are your responsibility until they reach ourselves. Please ensure you package the items carefully to prevent any damage to the items or packaging.

We recommend you use a secure delivery method that requires a signature upon receipt (such as Royal Mail Recorded Delivery). This ensures your items for the cost of being returned to us. In the rare event of the parcel going missing, you are responsible for the returned products until they reach us.
Can I cancel a Pre-Order?
Pre-orders cannot be cancelled as a special order has been made exclusively for you with the manufacturer, which means your item is already in production and it has been paid for. Pre- Order items are not eligible for a refund.

Please note when ordering a ‘pre-order’ product, we ask that you check out and pay for the order separately to other products you would like to purchase. This will allow us to ship your other non pre-order products straight away. Your pre-order will then be sent after the arrival date.
What if I need to change the size of my pre-order?
Should you need a different size, there may be a chance to change your order, but this is not always possible. We would ask that you place another order and send back the first product (in perfect condition, unwashed, unworn and all tags attached) and we will refund that product once it is received back in perfect condition.
